By following the designated procedures below, students who missed a class or examination due to infection with such diseases will be given a special consideration and will not be disadvantaged by the suspension. If you were absent from a class Obtain a medical certificate or the prescribed “Medical Certificate: Infectious Diseases Prevented in School” below from the medical institution where you received treatment, and submit it together with the Report of Absence to your lecturer (photocopy of the certificate is accepted as well). The Report of Absence is available at your faculty office. If you were absent from an examination Obtain a medical certificate or the prescribed “Medical Certificate: Infectious Diseases Prevented in School” below from the medical institution where you received treatment, contact the office of your affiliated faculty or the Center for Academic Affairs on either campus Contact within the designated period and follow the instructions.
