The first two weeks of the semester are the trial period. Please go directly to the classes depending on your level and schedule. Please don’t miss the first classes. If you need any assistance or guidance, please contact the coordinator of your level. The classrooms and the coordinator’s offices are at the Global Education Center, the University of the Ryukyus. For example, Japanese A1 means that students aim to reach the A1 level after the semester. If you are a beginner, please choose the subject with an “A” or “A1” level. You cannot take only a part of Japanese A (8 classes/week), Japanese A1 (4 classes/week), Japanese A2 (4 classes/week), Japanese Grammar A2 (2 classes/week), Japanese B1 (4 classes/week) and Japanese B2 (2 classes/week) because they are designed to the course which has a set of classes.  The difference between Japanese A and Japanese A1 is the speed (intensity) of the course. Japanese A has 8 classes and Japanese A1 has 4 classes per week.
