The ADAM consists of a microwave applicator, high-power microwave generators/amplifiers of various frequencies, microwave measurement facilities, a mass spectrometer, and two kinds of electron microscopes for inorganic and organic materials, all of which can be used for various analyses and development of advanced materials.
